THE NEW GAMEDAY

OUR MOMENTUM IS STRONG. The energy created by the opening of our on-campus football stadium in 2007 has fueled the continuing advancement of our UCF Athletics facilities. And in the near future, exciting enhancement projects will create cutting-edge facilities designed to push our programs to new levels of excellence.

And in the near future, exciting enhancement projects will create cutting-edge facilities designed to push our programs to new levels of excellence.

NEW STADIUM CLUB

A new experience is coming to the west side of the stadium in 2017.

In sections 108–112 and 209–211, 3,500 seats will be converted from bench-back seating to chair-back seating with armrests and cup holders.

A new outdoor club lounge on the west lower concourse will feature private entrances (Gates 2 and 19), private restrooms, enhanced food and beverage service (including beer and wine) available for purchase at multiple bars. The space will also feature tables, drink rails, large fans and numerous TV monitors.

EXPANDED CARL BLACK & GOLD CABANA

One of the most popular experiences at the stadium will be getting larger and more affordable.

In sections 127-131, 2,000 benchback seats will be converted to chairback seats to match the upper bowl Cabana seats with armrests and cup holders.

A new concourse-level club lounge on the ground floor will feature private restrooms, large fans, TV monitors and enhanced food and beverage service (including beer and wine) available for purchase at multiple bars.

FIELD CABANAS

For the 2017 season, the Home of the Knights will introduce field cabanas — a first in college football — located at each end of the field.

Shaded seating for 12 will include a TV monitor, resort-style furnishings and a cooler filled with your favorite beverages (including beer and wine) available for purchase.

Fans will enjoy exclusive access to nearby air-conditioned lounges with enhanced food and beverage service (including beer and wine) available for purchase, and TV monitors.

Note: South End zone field cabanas are sold out. North End zone still available.

NEW STUDENT SECTIONS

The Knightmare is the heartbeat of the stadium. For 2017, students will take over the lower sections of both end zones to enhance the atmosphere. With the 12,000-strong Knightmare even closer to the field, the Knights will enjoy a greater home-field advantage as our opponents are forced to drive into a loud and rowdy student section going either direction.

2017 SEASON TICKET PRICING

NEW PER-SEAT DONATION MODEL: Previously, UCF was one of only a few schools in the Power 6 that did not participate in a “per-seat” priority seating program in order to raise annual scholarship funds. In 2017, UCF Football will have an annual per-seat minimum gift requirement that varies based upon section or location.

THE EXPERIENCE

GAME DAY MEANS MORE THAN JUST THE GAME. It’s a time for friends and families to come together to celebrate a common bond — our Knighthood. Whether you’re sharing food and laughter at the tailgate, stepping in time with the Marching Knights on their March to Victory or high- ving your section mates in the stands after a touchdown, the fun and fellowship of fall game days on campus is what makes being a Knight fan such a special experience.

Whether you’re sharing food and laughter at the tailgate, stepping in time with the Marching Knights on their March to Victory or high- ving your section mates in the stands after a touchdown, the fun and fellowship of fall game days on campus is what makes being a Knight fan such a special experience.

In 2016, IOA Plaza was the place to be before the game. The Monster Energy Freestyle MX motocross exhibition prior to the Maryland game, carnival rides, inflatable games, food trucks and more kept fans entertained.

The inaugural year for the 96.9 The Game Tailgate Concert Series was a great success, adding live music to the pre-game atmosphere on IOA Plaza. The concert series featured acts such as Gin Blossoms, Better Than Ezra, Cowboy Mouth and Drake White.

The Knight Walk, a new tradition that started in 2016, took place right in the midst of all the activity on IOA Plaza. UCF fans welcomed the team to the stadium, ring up the Knights before they even entered the locker room.

Meanwhile, tailgating on campus continues to be one of our best traditions. Alumni, students, families and Knights fans of all ages and walks of life converge on campus to turn UCF into a sea of RVs, tailgate tents, grills, food and pre-game celebration.

The game day experience this year is so much better than past years. I think the best part of the new game day is that there are just so many different things for people to see and do.

I must say, the entire weekend was a complete success. I can't wait to get back for more games. We are from the Philadelphia area and your fans tailgate better than Eagles fans! Charge On!!

The Carl Black & Gold Cabana experience was amazing. Brought my parents and brother to their first UCF game and it blew them away. Now they are spoiled and I don't think we can do another UCF game without Cabana tickets!

Been a season ticket holder for almost 20 years - this has been the best game day experience.

Never a dull moment. The tradition of Pegasus riding across the field is one of the most stunning sights in college sports. And I'm not even a UCF alumni.

We want UCF to be big time. We are investing in the whole program with our time, our apparel, our license plates, all of it.

We have a 7-year-old who was bored out of his mind last year waiting for the game to start. This year, he had such a great time between all the kids activities, the alumni tailgating, the marching band, Knightro, and the fireworks after each score. He was actually mad about leaving!

[I enjoyed] seeing and experiencing all of the upgrades made to the game day experience. A totally different experience compared to past seasons. Can't wait for our next home game!
